We hereby inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data includes any information that can be personally related to you, such as your name, address, email addresses, and user behavior.

Collection and Storage of Personal Data and Method and Purpose of their Use

When you access our website www.preciz.cz, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser on your end device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information, collected and stored without your involvement until automatic deletion, includes: IP address; date and time of the request; time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT); content of the request (specific page); access status/HTTP status code; the amount of data transferred; website from which the request comes; browser; operating system and its interface; and the language and version of the browser software. We process this data for the following purposes: ensuring the smooth connection to the website; ensuring comfortable use of our website; evaluating system security and stability, as well as other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 Par. 1 page 1 letter f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest arises from the purposes of data collection mentioned above. Under no circumstances do we use the collected data to draw conclusions about you personally.

Additionally, we use cookies and analytical services during your visit to our website. Further explanations can be found in sections 4 and 5 of this data protection declaration.

b) When making inquiries of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us by email at mailto:mpreciz@preciz.cz. The processing of data for the purpose of establishing contact with us is carried out based on Article 6 Par. 1 page 1 letter a), on the basis of your voluntary consent.

 

Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those specified below. Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties if:
- You have given your explicit consent in accordance with Article 6 Par. 1 page 1 letter a)  GDPR,
- The transfer is necessary according to Article 6 Par. 1 page 1 letter f)  GDPR to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims, and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
- There is a legal obligation for the transfer under Article 6 Par. 1 page 1 letter c)  GDPR, and
- It is legally permissible and necessary for the execution of contractual relationships with you according to Article 6 Par. 1 page 1 letter b)  GDPR.

Use of our webshop 

a) To place an order in our online shop, it is necessary to provide your personal data for the conclusion of a contract, which we need for the execution of your order. Mandatory data required for the execution of contracts is marked separately; additional data is voluntary. We process the data provided by you to process your order. For this purpose, you can transmit your payment data to our company's bank. The legal basis for this is Article 6 Par. 1 page 1 letter b)  GDPR.

You can voluntarily create a customer account, where you can save your data for future purchases. The data you enter during account creation under "My Account" is stored with the option of retrieval. You can deactivate all other data, including your user account, at any time in the customer zone.

In addition to processing your order, we may process the data you provide to inform you about other interesting products from our portfolio or send you technical information by email.

 

b) According to commercial and tax law regulations, we are obliged to store your address, payment, and order data for ten years. However, after two years, we carry out a limitation of processing, meaning your data is only used to fulfill legal obligations.

 

Google Analytics

 

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies," text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. Information created by the cookie during the use of this website is generally transferred and stored on Google's servers in the United States. Right to Object

If your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests according to Article 6 Par. 1 page 1 letter f)  GDPR, you have the right according to Article 21 GDPR to object to the processing of your personal data if there are reasons arising from your specific situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which we implement without specifying a particular situation.
